**Process Engineer**
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that processes meet established Safety, Quality and Productivity standards.
- Development and understanding of documentation related to the process : gages and electrical diagrams, etc.
- Process and parameter adjustment, painting, Washing Machines and Ovens.
- Production support in operation of the process to ensure the goals.
- Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents.
- Maintenance development and review lists of equipment spare parts.
- Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance is carried out correctly (availability during plant closure).
- Establish frequency of change of consumables in the Monuments area.
- Optimize resources, cost reduction or savings related to the process.
- Continuous Improvement Projects, Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of Painting Processes,



Area of Final Packaging and Assembly machinery.
**Requirements**:
- Engineering Career: Electronic, Mechanical or Mechatronic
- Experience in metal processes mechanics assembly and manufacturing.
- Machinery knowledge electro-mechanics automatic and semi-automatic: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical Control, Failure Analysis
- Start-up of production lines, transfers, and new products.
- Problem solving methodologies.
- Good attitude (customer service), teamwork oriented, ability to work under pressure.
- Focused on Continuous Improvement.
- Driving de Microsoft office.
