BEPC has a Ciudad Juarez area OPEN POSITION for **Financial Auditor** to join our fast-growing team of consultants!
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Conduct thorough financial audits across waste management, operations, and processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Analyze financial data and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, unnecessary waste, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Collaborate with operational and process management teams to understand workflows and pinpoint areas for financial optimization.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, implications, and actionable recommendations for enhancing financial control, efficiency, and sustainability.
**BASIC qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, audit,



or a related area, with a strong preference for experience in waste management, operations, or process auditing.
- Proficient in financial software, databases, and MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex.
- 3 months initial contract
