Collections Specialist for **Michemix**
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join **MICHEMIX´s team**. This position will play a vital role in managing accounts receivable for our clients in Mexico and the United States, primarily with distributors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Allocating payments from customers.
- Monthly reconciliation of Accounts
- Creating manual invoices according to customers' needs.
- Sending closing balances to all customers on a monthly basis.
- Posting manual journals in SAP.
- Collection of aging items.
- Releasing blocked orders on the system.
- Allocating payments from OXXO, Walmart and others.
- Creating reports of aging invoices
- Conciliation of invoices/weekly payments
- Communication with both internal and external customers.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable roles.




- Knowledge of accounting systems such as SAP.
- Effective communication skills and ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Preferably experience working with distributors in Mexico and the United States.
- English conversacional language (MUST)
Economic Offer:
