**Job Purpose**:
Quality Management of new projects and coordination of solving problem Techniques (8D) for reported incidents according to the Customer systems, monitoring of actions and control of the product, in order to maintain continue communication with the customer and ensure their satisfaction.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Educational Degree Required (Minimum)**:
Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineer
**Work Experience Equivalency (Minimum)**: 3 year
**Job-Related Experience Required**:
3 years metalworking industry or Quality area, Core tools, GD&T; (Drawing Interpretation), geometric tolerances, IATF-16949 standard, Office package, statistics and problem solving techniques (8D, 5 Why? Shainin, 6 Sigma Green belt level) and lean Manufacturing Knowledge
**Technical**: Quality Management of new projects and coordination of solving problem Techniques (8D) for reported incidents according to the Customer systems, monitoring of actions and control of the product, in order to maintain continue communication with the customer and ensure their satisfaction.
