**Summary**:
Gratia is a staffing and upskilling company that is seeking a motivated and experienced Junior Consultant to join the team. In this role, you will work alongside senior consultants to provide support in various areas including management, strategy, and operations. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to senior consultants on a variety of projects
- Conduct research and analysis
- Develop and present proposals
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in strategy or consulting roles
- Bachelor's degree in business, management,



or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
