Your Role: Own the Challenge In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order management, and payment-related support to both internal and external customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete ownership and timely resolution of customer requests while contributing to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role contributes to the Motion Industrial Motors Division in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure end-to-end management of the request (e.g., production planning, scheduling, pricing, quotations, invoicing, and delivery).
- Proactively keep customers informed about the status of their requests and address any questions or concerns.




- Prepare and analyze reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), including forecasts and sales performance metrics, and share insights with management.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in order handling, order management, or customer support operations.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Experience coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Technical knowledge of electric motors is a plus.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
