EagleBurgmann Mexico S.A. de C.V. You support our team as Order Processing Clerk (M/F/D) Responsibilities Initiate the Contract Review process (Checklist) to ensure resources are validated prior to project entry.

Review and validate the information contained in Purchase Orders and corresponding quotations.

Create Sales Orders in SAP according to the order type, including MTO, ETO,



Intercompany, Project, and APP (Advanced Procurement Planning).

Create and extend part numbers through the MD Ticket system.

Initiate projects in the SAP PS Module for newly created part numbers.

Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to gather and clarify all relevant order information.

Upload and maintain order-related documentation in SAP and complete the Contract Review process.

Record and process Stock Transfer Order (STO) requests.

Process and record warranty and goodwill orders, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or Technical in economic- administrative areas.

Conversational English level (continuous communication with USA).
