As a Packaging & Prepress Project Associate (Internal Title: Client Coordinator

), you will provide daily operational project support

, acting as an individual contributor link between our UK-based account leads and local production teams. You will manage and track end-to-end packaging project workflows for a world-renowned client in the personal care sector, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and deadlines.

This is an individual contributor, operational role with no direct reports

. Ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in packaging or graphic workflow tracking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operational Support & Alignment (UK Focus): Act as a daily operational point of contact for UK account leads , participating in project kickoffs and status updates in fluent English

.

- Project Lifecycle Tracking: Coordinate small-to-mid scale packaging projects through their lifecycle—from brief intake and translation to prepress routing, final release, and timely invoicing .

- Quality & Detail Review: Assist in reviewing packaging brief specs to ensure accuracy in artwork layout, text,



and compliance with strict brand guidelines.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate with internal prepress artists, quality control, and account leads to track schedules and assist in resolving daily scope changes (rework/change orders) .

- System Management: Maintain real-time workflow tracking, status updates, and invoicing data in client portals and management tools .

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications):

- English Proficiency: Advanced / Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory for daily interaction with UK management .

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in project coordination, traffic management, or client support within a packaging, prepress, printing, or graphic agency environment .

- Basic Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of basic packaging artwork approval steps, prepress workflows, and general printing processes (flexo, offset, digital) .

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing artwork copy, layout consistency, and brand rules .

- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) .

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications):

- - Degree in Graphic Communication, Packaging, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields .

- Basic familiarity with packaging workflow systems (e.g., Esko WebCenter, BLUE) — training on internal tools will be provided.
- Prior experience with FMCG or personal care brands.
