: Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and strategic Partner Enablement Project Manager (Contract) to join their team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our implementation partners. You’ll empower partners to deliver top-tier client implementations through expert project management, hands-on training, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities: Partner Enablement & Program Management:

- Implementation Quality: Work directly with implementation partners to ensure projects are executed smoothly, efficiently, and up to high quality standards.
- Training & Onboarding: Help train and enable partner teams on our platform, best practices, and implementation workflows.
- Multi-Project Tracking: Keep multiple concurrent partner implementations on schedule and within scope using project management tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Advocacy:

- Product Team Alignment: Work closely with Product teams to communicate partner needs, track feature requests, and help prioritize key product projects.
- Internal & External Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Engineering) and external partner teams.
- Smart Escalation: Use sound judgment to identify risks early, troubleshoot roadblocks, and escalate issues when appropriate to keep projects moving forward.

Communication, Marketing & Enablement Assets:

- High-Impact Collateral & Decks: Design compelling slide decks, process guides, and enablement materials that simplify complex product concepts for both internal teams and external partner leadership.
- Partner Marketing Alignment: Serve as the bridge between our Marketing team and partners to co-develop joint promotional campaigns, co-branded messaging, and high-visibility go-to-market initiatives.
- Omnichannel Stakeholder Engagement: Craft clear, precise, and influence-driven messaging across all levels, ensuring alignment whether you're working with partner engineers or executive sponsors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Project Management Expertise: Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Expert proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana,



and Monday.com is required.
- Partner/Client Facing Experience: Strong track record working directly with external partners, clients, or vendor networks.
- Problem Solver: Exceptional critical-thinking skills with a knack for unblocking operational hurdles and finding practical solutions.
- Presentation & Communication: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex product concepts into digestible training materials and slide decks.
- Strategic Judgment: Strong intuition for prioritization and knowing when and how to escalate critical issues internally.
- Product Savvy: Comfort interfacing directly with product and engineering teams to translate customer/partner feedback into actionable priorities.

Bonus Points:

- Prior experience in a SaaS environment or partner/channel ecosystem.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
