Part-Time Senior Polyethylene Resin Procurement Specialist (10+ Years Experience | Major Petrochemical Industry Only)

RotoPolymers is seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to support our raw material sourcing strategy.

We are looking for a senior buyer with 10+ years of experience in polyethylene resin procurement, preferably someone who is currently employed by a major petrochemical company or has extensive experience purchasing from leading resin producers.

Key Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience purchasing polyethylene resins, preferably for the rotational molding industry.
- Deep understanding of North American resin markets and monthly pricing dynamics.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing highly competitive pricing.
- Established relationships across the petrochemical industry are required.
- Native English speaker or fluent English proficiency.
- U.S. resident or authorized to work in the United States preferred.

Time Commitment:

- Approximately 1 hour per day .




- Availability for meetings during one week each month , corresponding with the monthly pricing negotiation cycle.

Compensation:

- Base compensation of USD $7,000 per month.
- Performance-based bonus tied directly to procurement cost reductions and savings achieved through supplier negotiations.

Role Objective: RotoPolymers purchases approximately 80 million pounds of polyethylene resin annually . The selected candidate will be responsible for leading our monthly commercial negotiations with resin suppliers to secure the most competitive pricing available while strengthening our strategic supplier relationships. This role is expected to generate measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and world-class commercial negotiations.
