Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic P&C; Insurance Broker (Commission only) to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for sales-driven individuals to leverage their outside sales, retail sales, and customer service skills to connect clients with the right insurance solutions. As a key player in our brokerage, you will actively engage with prospective clients, develop relationships, and grow your portfolio through proactive outreach and exceptional communication.

Duties

♦ Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, networking, and community engagement.

♦ Identify client needs by analyzing their insurance requirements and providing tailored property & casualty (P&C;) coverage options.

♦ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention.





♦ Promote insurance products effectively using marketing strategies and bilingual communication skills (Spanish or other languages) as needed.

♦ Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications.

♦ Negotiate terms with clients to secure optimal coverage while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

♦ Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and attributes

♦ RIBO/OTL/Wiling to get the RIBO license within 1-2 months

♦ Sales Focused and not shy to go out and create referral partners from various businesses

♦ Able to Multitask and generate leads from various sources

Skills

♦ Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries.

♦ Solid analysis skills for evaluating client needs and market conditions.
