Company size: ~65 employees About Tricura: Tricura Insurance Group is a next-generation, tech-enabled insurance and risk management company transforming how healthcare organizations protect, manage, and grow their operations. We're a global, remote-first team headquartered in New York, combining deep insurance expertise with modern technology to build smarter, faster, and more transparent solutions for the healthcare industry. We're a team across North and South America, building products and internal systems that leverage AI, automation, and data to fundamentally improve how our business operates.
If you're excited by combining data, technology, and experimentation to solve complex growth challenges—and want to help build the marketing engine of a fast-growing company—we'd love to meet you.
About the Role: We're looking for a highly analytical Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to build and optimize the data-driven side of our marketing engine. This is not a brand, creative, content, or social media role. We already have a strong team focused on brand positioning, design, messaging, content, and events.
Your role is to build the systems and campaigns that get that content in front of the right people, at the right time—and determine whether it's actually influencing business outcomes. You'll own performance marketing across channels such as Google and LinkedIn, develop account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, build reliable marketing attribution and analytics, optimize conversion throughout the funnel, and continuously experiment with new ways to influence revenue. Importantly, our challenge isn't simply generating more leads.
We already have significant opportunity volume across our insurance and technology businesses. A major opportunity for this role is helping us convert existing demand more effectively by reaching known accounts and decision-makers with the right messages throughout their buying journey. This is a highly quantitative individual contributor role.
Success will be measured by campaign efficiency, funnel conversion, account engagement, attribution accuracy, pipeline impact, and marketing's contribution to revenue—not by the volume of content produced. If you naturally gravitate toward dashboards, experiments, conversion rates, attribution, and figuring out why one campaign performs better than another, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do: 1.

Analyze CAC, conversion rates, account engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign ROI
Identify performance trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities through data
Give leadership clear visibility into what's working, what's not, and where we should invest more 4.
Improve Funnel
Conversion
Analyze our commercial funnels to identify opportunities for marketing to improve conversion
Design campaigns aimed at moving existing opportunities through the funnel—not simply generating additional leads
Improve landing page conversion rates through continuous experimentation
Execute A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email campaigns, audiences, and calls to action
Develop campaigns around different stages of the buying journey
Partner with commercial teams to understand where and when marketing can most effectively influence buying decisions 5.

Improve how marketing data flows between campaigns, HubSpot, analytics platforms, and commercial teams
Build scalable processes for campaign tracking and reporting
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve marketing efficiency and execution speed
Continuously improve the infrastructure behind our digital marketing programs 6.
Identify New Growth
Opportunities
Identify new acquisition, engagement, and conversion channels
