Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot

Allen-Bradley PLC programs using

Studio 5000 (RSLogix 5000)

and

RSLogix 500

.

- Configure and program
ControlLogix, CompactLogix, MicroLogix, and GuardLogix

PLCs.

- Design, develop, and maintain

FactoryTalk View ME/SE HMI applications.

- Perform complete

PLC system commissioning

, startup, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and on-site validation.

- Integrate PLC systems with
VFDs, servo drives, motion controllers, industrial robots, and field instrumentation

.

- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols including

EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus TCP/IP, Profinet, and OPC

.

- Perform I/O checkout, loop checks, signal verification, and field device calibration during commissioning.

- Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, electrical,



networking, and control system issues during startup.

- Work closely with electrical, mechanical, and process engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Read and interpret electrical drawings, control panel layouts, P&IDs;, and wiring schematics.

- Support installation, panel testing, and control system validation activities.

- Prepare commissioning reports, technical documentation, and user manuals.

- Provide training and technical support to customers and maintenance personnel after system commissioning.

- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and production support.
