Seeking PLC Controls Engineer in Georgetown, KY, USA. Position will require relocation to the Georgetown, KY, USA - TN visa will need to be processed upon offer.
Requirements:
- Strong
PLC programming/troubleshooting (ToyoPuc, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, or Allen Bradley) + 4 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of PLC’s +6 years
- Comprehensive knowledge of Electrical circuits and Industrial controls + 4 years
- 2-year technical degree or completion of trade school program (EET or Industrial Maintenance Technology) and/or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs on occasion
- Ability to frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching on varying surfaces.
- Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
- Good vision and hand-eye coordination for detailed repairs.
- Proficiency with MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs
What you may bring (Nice to Have)
- 4+ years Industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Industrial Robot programming and teaching
- Knowledge of AGVs/AMRs programming and set up
- Knowledge of safety scanners and programming.
- Knowledge of various industrial controls networking, EthernetIP, FLNet, ProfiNet ect.
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge in Toyota Machinery Standards (NA-AMS, G-AMS, Machinery Risk Assessment, etc)
