**Your responsibilities**:
- Understands the key drivers for ABB in their own business/technology area to make judgments and contribute to results. Understands customer value creation and works to increase customer satisfaction.
- Leverages proficiency in their own technical area and contributes innovative and creative ideas to R&D; activities.



Applies their own innovative/creative ideas to create value and propose concrete follow-up and improvement activities/projects.
- Participates constructively in working teams for the achievement of common targets. Communicates and collaborates effectively on technical and general topics within/with other team(s) and management. Participates actively in relevant internal and external networks in their own area of responsibility.
- Has overview of IP in own specialist area and develops project IP strategies. Identifies and manages risks in research and development (R&D;) projects as well as in own organization.
**Your background**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electronics, Electric or related careers.
- Five years of experience in electrical distribution or distribution transformers.
- Knowledge in Electrical design products.
- Experience in leadership and projects management is desirable.
- Conversational English level.
