**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in marketing, business, or similar.
- Experience in Sales or Customer Service.
- Highly organized.

- Proficient with MS-Office products.
- Proficient with SAP.
- Professional demeanor is of critical importance.
- Good written and spoken English knowledge.
**Responsabilities**:
- Supporting Key Account Manager with business plan (business development, sales plan/forecast, customer strategy, RFQ )
- Optimal processing and support of customer
in collaboration and coordination with the Key Account Manager.
- Optimal processing of internal customer-related processes and activities (projects, technical changes, complaints, inquiries, audits, etc.) in collaboration and coordination with the Key Account Manager
- Preparation and analysis of aging reports
- Collections,



and monitoring of past due, and unapplied accounts for all customers
- Evaluate open invoices of customers using or creating reports from SAP and excel.
- Address open invoices with customers.
- Report findings back to AR and other departments
- Evaluate charge backs using or creating reports from SAP and excel.
- Inform responsible department of charge backs.
- Tracks progress of charge backs internally and with customers.
