Principal Salesforce

Architect at BairesDev As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level multi-cloud solutions that drive business value. You will act as a strategic advisor, aligning complex technical architectures with organizational goals to ensure a scalable and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Do Architect and oversee the end-to-end delivery of integrated solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.

Define and enforce technical standards for custom development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.

Design robust integration patterns to facilitate seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Establish comprehensive data models and identity resolution strategies to ensure data integrity and a unified customer view.





Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in Salesforce architecture.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into sustainable technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.

What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or related senior roles.

Proven expertise in designing multi-cloud solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Data Clouds.

Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development best practices.

Deep understanding of integration architecture, data modeling, and identity resolution strategies.
