Principal TPM at BairesDev As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that drive significant impact.

You will act as a senior technical leader, orchestrating high-level strategy and technical delivery across diverse engineering teams.

What You'll Do Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.

Lead cross-functional teams through intricate technical challenges, defining architectural direction and system standards.

Establish and govern technical strategy and roadmap decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Manage interdependencies and clear obstacles across engineering organizations to ensure seamless project execution.





Influence organizational strategy by serving as a senior technical voice and subject matter expert.

Orchestrate operational readiness and ensure high-performance delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.

What We Are Looking For 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.

Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.

Strong technical literacy with a background in engineering or systems design.

Hands-on experience developing and executing high-level technical strategies.

Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs and cross-functional dependencies.
