Automation & Integration Specialist at BairesDev As a Process Automation & Integration Specialist, you will design and implement automated workflows to eliminate manual efforts and streamline enterprise operations. You will connect disparate systems and data platforms, ensuring seamless and high-performance system communication across the organization.

What You'll Do Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and integrations to optimize business operations.

Build reliable data extraction and synchronization pipelines between various database environments and applications.

Author and optimize clean scripts to support complex automation requirements and system logic.

Monitor, troubleshoot,



and enhance existing integration flows to ensure continuous reliability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual bottlenecks and deliver scalable automated solutions.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Process Automation, Systems Integration, or a related field.

Proven expertise in implementing workflows using integration platforms like Workato, Zapier, or n8n.

Strong proficiency in Python for writing automation scripts and data manipulation.

Solid hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and querying relational databases.
