**Satellite Teams is searching for an Intake Caller who will be working for an LA-based distinguished law firm protecting consumers for over a decade. This role is on the front line personally speaking to people coming to us for help at a time in which they are most vulnerable and need legal assistance.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Probe caller for the details of their injury in a courteous and efficient manner
- Make a great and lasting impression on clients and potential clients
- Follow-up with callers in a consistent and respectful manner
- Update client records with accurate, thorough, and timely information & notes
- Refer clients with non-personal injury cases to partner law firms
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:
- Sales experience is highly preferred
- **Personal Injury experience is a must.**:
- Empathetic, caring, and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Excellent organizational skills
