- Experience leading work groups in areas such as materials (customer service)
- Basic Engineering knowledge of new product desing development and/or quality in the automotive industry.
- Strong costumer service skills and ability to ptovide acurate and forthcoming information to customers.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 standard and manufacturing tools; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC.
- More than 10 years of experience.
