Product Specialist – Suspension, Brakes & Shock Absorbers Location: Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico (Hybrid) Are you passionate about the automotive aftermarket and experienced in managing product portfolios? We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead key product lines and drive market growth through product strategy, launches, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do - Manage and grow product lines focused on Suspension, Brakes and Shock Absorbers.
- Identify portfolio expansion opportunities through vehicle parc and market analysis.
- Lead new product launches from concept to commercialization.
- Develop pricing strategies and competitive market analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Catalog teams.
- Manage product lifecycle, portfolio optimization and product coverage.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Specialist, Product Manager or Brand Specialist within the automotive aftermarket.
- Hands-on experience managing Suspension, Brakes and/or Shock Absorber product lines.
- Advanced English (required). Comfortable communicating with general teams and suppliers.
- Advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
