Objective

Responsible for coordinating and leading production operations through effective supervision of Production Supervisors and operational teams,

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily production operations to ensure compliance with production plans, schedules, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Production Supervisors, ensuring effective execution of manufacturing processes, adherence to operational standards, and development of leadership capabilities.

- Analyze production performance results, identify gaps, and establish action plans focused on improving productivity, efficiency, and operational stability.

- Manage and optimize human and operational resources required to achieve production objectives, including workforce allocation, line balancing, and capacity requirements.

- Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on waste reduction, process optimization, productivity improvement, and manufacturing efficiency.

- Promote the implementation and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, problem-solving tools, and operational best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Human Resources, and Safety to resolve operational challenges and improve overall performance.

- Monitor and improve key production indicators such as productivity, efficiency, production plan attainment, scrap reduction, downtime, and workforce performance.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and compliance with manufacturing standards.





- Ensure proper training and development of production personnel and team leaders to strengthen operational capabilities.

- Support the implementation of new processes, equipment, technologies, and manufacturing improvements, ensuring effective operational transition.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments.

- At least 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.

- Experience coordinating production teams and multiple manufacturing areas.

- Proven experience managing large operational teams (direct and indirect personnel).

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Language

- Intermediate English level (ability to communicate in written form and participate in operational meetings).

Technical Knowledge

- Lean Manufacturing principles.

- Continuous improvement methodologies.

- Root cause analysis tools.

- Production KPIs management.

- Line balancing and capacity optimization.

- Productivity improvement initiatives.

- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Preferred: Experience with SAP, Power BI, MES, or manufacturing systems.
