We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets through effective planning and execution.

Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, yield, downtime, scrap, safety incidents) to drive continuous improvement.

Lead and develop high-performance teams,



fostering accountability, engagement, and a strong safety culture.

Ensure proper resource allocation, staffing, and shift coverage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to resolve issues and improve processes.

The Essentials – You Will Have

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

Experience managing hourly personnel in manufacturing environments

Availability to work afternoon shift (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)

Strong commitment to safety and compliance

Experience in electrical diagram reading

Conversational English proficiency (spoken)

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

Experience in production planning systems (PLAN)

Knowledge of SAP (routes, BOMs, standard times)

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including macros)

You will report to Production Manager
