We’re Hiring: Project Architect

? Remote | ? General | Pay in USD ? At Pistil Consortia, we design thoughtful, human-centered spaces. We are looking for a Project Architect to lead the technical development of our projects, ensuring that design intent is carried through every stage, from concept to construction. About the Role

This role is responsible for bridging design and execution, leading project documentation, technical coordination, and compliance. You will work closely with Project Managers and design teams to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated architectural projects.

What We Are Looking

For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

5–8 years of experience in architectural firms.

Minimum 3 years working on U.S. projects.

Strong experience in project delivery, design development, and construction documentation.

Construction Administration and/or construction experience preferred.

Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam (required).

Solid understanding of U.S. building systems, materials, construction methods, and detailing.

Strong technical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.

English proficiency required (Spanish is a plus).

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments. What You'll Do

Lead the technical development of projects from design development through construction.

Produce and oversee high-quality construction documentation, including drawings, details, schedules, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.





Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining project quality and design intent.

Support project planning, scheduling, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Mentor junior architects and designers by providing technical guidance, feedback, and support.

Contribute to quality control efforts and ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across project deliverables.

Support Construction Administration activities and collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure successful project execution.
