**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Co-Founder Leadership**:
- As a co-founder, play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction, culture, and overall success.
- Actively participate in key business decisions, alongside other co-founders, contributing a strong technological perspective.
**End-to-End Development Responsibility**:
- Take full charge of the complete development process of the MVP, managing all aspects from concept, design, development, to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure the platform is developed to be scalable, secure, and provides an excellent user experience.
**Project Management**:
- Manage all technical projects independently, efficiently coordinating various aspects of the development process.
- Utilize agile methodologies and other project management techniques to ensure timely and effective delivery of technological solutions.
**External Engagement and Representation**:
- Represent the technology vision of the company in discussions with stakeholders, investors, and at industry events, effectively communicating progress and plans.




- Engage in networking and partnership opportunities to advance the company’s technology interests and visibility in the market.
**REQUIREMENTS**
**Technical Expertise**:
- Full Stack Development _
- Proficiency in node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails for backend development.
- React or Angular for front-end development.
- Cloud Computing _
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Database Management _
- Skills in SQL (like PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).
**Project Management**:
- Agile or Scrum Methodologies _
- Demonstrated experience in managing software development projects using agile or scrum frameworks.
**Communication and Leadership**:
- Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company’s tech vision to stakeholders (required).
