**Job Activities**:




- Receive incoming calls, averaging between 80 to 150 priority calls daily.
- Take detailed messages and forward them to Community Care Specialists, ensuring accurate information transfer.
- Communicate with Managers regarding any requests requiring special attention or escalation.
- Understand and adhere to relevant Community Care Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality.
- Return all phone calls promptly and in accordance with company policy.
- Perform any additional tasks necessary to facilitate the smooth operation of the management aspect of the Community Care Department.
**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday_
- Normal: Monday - Friday, 10:30 - 19:30 CST MX
- Daylight saving: Monday - Friday, 09:30 - 18:30 CST MX

**Requirements**:
- High School diploma
- Around 1 to 2 years of CSR.
- Feel comfortable talking on the phone.
- Strong communication skills in English (provide writing sample)
- Prefesional Advanced English language skills
- Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
