**Role Summary**:
This role is part of General Technology and Engineering Center (GTEC). The activities of this role are primarily focus on BOM Creation, Customer documentation & creation of engineering drawings. The incumbent performs engineering activities on time in accordance with quality requirements.
**Responsabilities**:
- Take ownership of engineering activities.
- Collaborate with BU’s and GTEC Engineers to improve the Customer Satisfaction and Employee Engagement.
- Have strong collaboration with project team.
- Follow engineering best practices and Flowserve standards.
- Work with other Design Engineers to promptly investigate & resolve shop floor problems relating to design or quality issues; record & report findings, make corrections & help develop and implement permanent, cost-effective solutions.
- Create engineering drawings, and other documents with the help of CAD tool.
- Generates bills of material for engineered products in accordance with project specifications and design standards.
- Delivery on time engineering deliverables.
- Make sure that all deliverables meet with the Zero-Defect Program.
- Meet with Engineering performance goals participating actively on office daily management meeting.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- 0 - 1 years of related experience.
- Computer-Assisted Design/3-Dimensional design.
- Analytical, problem solving and computer skills.
- Good planning, time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
- Basic English verbal and in written form.
- Continuous Improvement Knowledge and experience (preferred).
