**The Responsibilities**:
- Lead product management and solutions for B2C/B2B segments
- Drive regional marketing plans for product awareness, market penetration, and sales growth
- Coordinate with stakeholders for resources and conduct sales training
- Collaborate on B2B sales strategies and communication plans
- Analyse market trends and campaign data for optimization
- May be required to travel to regional offices
**Requirements**:
**The Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree, with at least 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing
- Experience in the home office/business products industry
- Possess expertise in B2B business, preferably with MPS and/or DMS solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong attention to numerical detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
