**Responsibilities**:
- Lead structural design development of high end luxury villas and hotels
- Collaborate on a daily basis with the internal design office, Client’s representatives, local designers and third party consultants
- Provide leadership and, if needed, mentorship to the internal design office and local designers, advising most cost efficient, modern and optimal structural design methods and practices
- Ensure seamless integration of the initial design intent
- Oversee designer’s, consultants and contractor’s work and review their design submissions
- Lead in the creation and maintenance of a corporate design guideline for the structural aspect, which will ensure alignment with employer requirements on a company level
**Requirements**:
- Graduated civil engineer with a bachelor degree in structural engineering




- 6 years minimum of structural design development
- 2 years minimum in a position of senior engineer or team leader
- Complex steel structure design experience like roofs, canopies, facades, long-span structures etc.
- At least two completed complex construction projects from concept adaptation stage to the completion
- Applied knowledge of Tekla or other structural modelling and calculations software, Revit compatible is preferable
- Applied knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks
- Professional level of **English (C1)** and **Spanish/Portuguese**
