QA Lead at BairesDev

As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of the quality assurance lifecycle, driving the strategy and execution of testing processes across multiple teams. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality software by balancing strategic oversight with hands-on technical leadership.

What You'll Do

- Define and evolve the overarching test strategy to ensure consistent quality standards across UI, API, and performance layers.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
- Oversee the end-to-end defect management process, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize fixes based on business impact and technical risk.




- Implement risk-based testing methodologies to optimize resource allocation and focus efforts on critical system components.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate quality best practices early in the development lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Strong proficiency in multi-layer testing across UI, API, and performance layers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams and manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle.
- Extensive experience with risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize testing efforts.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
