QA Technical Lead at BairesDev

As a QA Technical Lead, you will define and oversee the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple teams. You will serve as the technical authority for quality standards, balancing high-level planning with hands-on leadership to ensure robust software delivery for complex integrated systems.

What You'll Do

- Architect and govern comprehensive test strategies covering UI, API, and performance layers.
- Lead risk-based testing initiatives to prioritize critical functionalities and optimize resource allocation.
- Oversee the full defect lifecycle and streamline team workflows to improve resolution speed and accuracy.
- Establish and document QA best practices, including tooling standards and quality governance metrics.




- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to align testing phases with the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineering teams on advanced testing methodologies and the implementation of automated frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Technical Leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies across UI, API, and performance layers.
- Hands-on experience with multi-layer testing and risk-based testing methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage team workflows and the defect lifecycle.
- Proficiency in establishing QA processes and planning for complex integrated systems.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
