Role Description The Quality Engineer will support manufacturing quality processes across all product lines through continuous improvement projects, risk management, and root cause analysis.

In this role, you will analyze quality issues using statistical and non-statistical tools, collaborate with Customer Service via platforms like Jira and Zoho to address replacement root causes, maintain and audit SOPs, and facilitate risk assessments (identifying failure risks and implementing controls). You will work closely with Industrial Engineering and Quality Managers to drive process improvements, reduce non-quality costs,



and foster a strong Quality Culture across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- B2 Professional / Conversational English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, with skills in inspection, testing, and measurement of product quality.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, including auditing, documentation, and compliance with standards.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, DMAIC cycle).
- Experience in manufacturing or consumer goods, preferably in apparel or related industries.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification or knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement.
