**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) combined with 5 to 10 years of manufacturing experience with an important understanding of manufacturing site start up. Any other pertinent experience may be considered.
- **Bilingualism (English and Spanish).**:
- **Experience in Automation Electrical, Robotics, equipments safety.**:
- **Experience in PLCE Programming and Optimization.**:
- **General thinking and available to travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year (Visa and Passport).**:
- **At least 5 years of related job experience in a manufacturing setting.**:
- Experience in Leading complex projects and managing project plan,



including risk management and communication, consumer Products Goods and/or sporting goods is an asset and additive manufacturing (3D Printing) is an asset.
- Familiarity with the following software and operation system: AutoCAD, PRO ENGINEER, MSOFFICE, MS PROJECT, (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR is not essential but an asset).
