Utilize SOLIDWORKS and other relevant software to develop detailed mechanical designs for individual stations and complete automation lines.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers,



to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs into larger systems.- Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for each design, ensuring all necessary components are accounted for and sourced appropriately.- Conduct thorough design reviews to validate functionality, manufacturability, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.- Take ownership of the design process, from conceptualization to prototyping and testing, making necessary iterations to optimize performance and efficiency.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to select appropriate materials and components, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of final products.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new methodologies and best practices into design processes to enhance efficiency and innovation..**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in (mention relevant industry, e.g., manufacturing, automation, robotics, etc.).
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SOLIDWORKS,



with a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T;).
Demonstrated experience in creating detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for mechanical designs, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Proven track record of designing individual stations and automation lines from scratch, with a strong focus on functionality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within tight deadlines.
