Responsibilities:
- Headcount tracking and forecasting.
- Consolidating and managing capital expenditures.
- Supporting engineering initiatives and projects.
- Tracking and managing engineering KPIs.
- Driving process improvement.
A must:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Visa to travel to the USA (Training and KPI presentations).
Preferred requirements:
- Data management and analysis experience (**Excel**, TM1, Tempus, Tableau, **PowerBI**, etc.).
- Experience supporting Engineering Operations, Engineering Finance, or **project management**.
- Certification in **Lean Six Sigma** or project management.
- Quick learner of new processes and tools.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership.
