Developer at BairesDev As a Quant Developer, you will implement complex mathematical models into production-grade code for trading and financial systems. You will work closely with quants and traders to translate research into high-reliability analytics and execution infrastructure.

What You'll Do Architect and maintain high-performance trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), and market data delivery pipelines.

Optimize core system components for ultra-low latency and high throughput to ensure efficient trade execution.

Design and build robust tools that support the full lifecycle of data analysis and live systematic trading.





Partner with research teams to shape the architecture of algorithmic trading systems and risk management frameworks.

Implement pre-trade compliance and automated audit trails within unified trading environments.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically within financial services.

Strong backend development skills in Java, C++, or Python.

Proven expertise in building financial systems such as trading platforms, OMS, or market data systems.

Experience with low-latency or compliance-aware system design.
