**Summary (About this Position)**:
- Demand manager’s role is to analyze on a continuous basis customer demand, and to match with our internal capacity in order to support internal and external customers; identifying bottlenecks and ensuring we are prepared as an organization to better fulfill our challenges.
**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Create long term demand plan on a monthly basis for 18-24 months period
- Create Capacity & Supply Plan, analyze and identify installed capacity adjustments (Internal/external) for new tooling & equipment based on current production performance
- Create potential scenarios for Past Due recovery based on OEE evolution
- Identify production performance targets (OEE) to minimize capacity constrains
- Organize monthly reviews, plant and regional level
- Create Capital projects to purchase additional tooling and equipment and lead through the approval process
- Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements
**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business Administration
- Fluent in English language; Spanish working level
- Logistics or Finance Experience (5+ years)
- Solid understanding of capacity planning in high mix/high volume environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.)
- SAP experience required (or similar ERP)

- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics
