**About the Role**
The Vehicles team in Mexico is responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for acquiring, onboarding, engaging, and growing our vehicles supply for Mobility. This team is one-of-a-kind, working extremely collaboratively across internal and numerous external partners to bring vehicle solutions to our Drivers.
**What You'll Do**
- Business Sense: Monitor, understand, and interpret specific operational metrics to improve execution
- Problem-Solving: Develop a strong understanding of the path vehicle owners go through and be able to help problem-solve complex problems during their critical moments. Advocate for their needs.
- Product Improvement: Identify opportunities within our fleet management tools for improvements or new features, measure their impact, and help to implement them
- Stakeholder Management:



Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional stakeholders
**What You'll Need**
- Education: We encourage people from all backgrounds to apply
- Years of Experience/Industries: At least one year of professional experience
- Ability to use SQL (intermediate). Python knowledge would be a plus!
- Data-Driven Mentality: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Ability to use Excel.
- Communication: Spanish and English proficiency. Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Teamwork: Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team
- Planning & Organization: Understand project objectives and build short-term plans and timelines for executing them
