**Job Description**:
- Responsible for daily support of the manufacturing, and distribution operations including installing, configuring, and maintaining systems, workstations, servers and production, databases in support of all business processing requirements.
- Identify organizational need for new hardware and keep the inventory of the hardware used across the organization.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure and end point team to ensure the support required for the users.




- Ensure to prepare routine system backups of the critical equipment in the manufacturing area.
- Prepare documentation, instructions, and training to staff when necessary for the innovative technologies implemented in the plant.
- Monitor in an initiative-taking way, record and respond to requests for support.
- Root cause analysis and diagnose system faults and errors.
- Analyze error trends aimed at reducing or minimizing down time.
- Clear communication with staff and users regarding systems issues.
- Schedule and run regular maintenance plan for the IT hardware in the plant.
- Attend regular internal and external meetings to provide updates on the progress of the tasks assigned.
