Project overview: Our project aims to develop a large language model (LLM) using AWS and OpenSearch to process files containing details on clinical trials, including results, contraindications, and other relevant data. The primary goal is to train the LLM with this data to generate hypotheses that will aid in research. We have a dedicated team for the LLM component. Django admin dashboard hosted on AWS EC2 will be used to prepare and manage various reports.
- Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure for LLM project and Django admin dashboard
- Implement automation tools using Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Scripting and automation in Python
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker
- Manage Redshift databases for reporting purposes




- Configure VPN networking for secure communication
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of both components
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in an AWS environment
- Proficiency in scripting and automation in Python
- Strong knowledge of Terraform, Redshift, and VPN networking
- Experience with AWS services like EC2, SQS, and S3
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring storage buckets
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with virtualization using programs like Docker
