**The schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for EST to PST timezones.**

**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as account manager to a vast portfolio of customers who own small businesses
- Conduct monthly video calls with your clients every day to progress them along a defined marketing program suited to their business needs
- Improve the marketing curriculum for small businesses
- Educate customers on the opportunities within their business sector
- Educate customers and set up marketing tools and strategies to scale their businesses
- Understand our customer needs and demonstrate how the UENI platform can make a positive impact on their business
- Work closely with other teams (e.g. content, product, customer support) to deliver a great customer experience
- Introduce UENI users to our different tools,



services and products they can benefit from, and help onboard them where appropriate
- Develop and maintain positive customer care experience and satisfaction
- Provide comprehensive solutions to issues with customers’ online assets (social media) or answers to marketing questions customers may have during the monthly video calls
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital media and marketing or consulting
- Demonstrable experience with small business marketing solutions
- Experience developing good relationships with potential customers
- Ability to take initiative in an ambiguous environment
- Passion for growth with excellent entrepreneurial and communication skills.
