The Demand Manager will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and managing the demand for Digital Data & Technology solution and services within Takeda organization. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders in the business to understand needs, prioritization, aligning demand with available resources, optimizing the utilization of services and resources as well as orchestrating with global Platform and Service Owners.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain demand forecasting models for services and resources
Collaborate with business units to understand their requirements and the respective priority
Monitor and analyze demand patterns to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Work closely with teams in ICCs (Takeda Innnovation Capability Centers) to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet demand
Work closely with integral Platforms, Products and Services owners to ensure the delivery of the demand is aligned with the respective roadmaps
Communicate with stakeholders to provide insights on demand status and resource availability
Continuously improve demand management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.




**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
ProblemSolving Skills Strong problemsolving abilities are essential for addressing challenges related to demand fluctuations, resource constraints, and optimizing IT services.
Organizational Skills Effective organization and prioritization skills are necessary for managing multiple demands, projects, and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Certification in ITIL or related frameworks is a plus
