We are currently searching for a standout **Outbound Sales Representative** ready to excel in an international setting.
**WE OFFER**
- Monthly salary range of $25,000 to $30,000 NET.
- Monthly bonus of $2,000 NET.
- Quarterly bonus based on company revenue of around 2,000 USD.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating the client's value proposition.
- Follow up with existing customers and schedule callbacks when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.




- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies, share best practices, and drive overall business success.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
- Advanced English (**with a native-like accent**).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of resilience and persistence in a sales environment.
**SCHEDULE**
- Monday to Friday (6:00 to 15:00 or 7:00 to 16:00 PST).
