**Profile: **
1. Working with the Team Leader to coordinate all the suppliers needed to carry out/facilitate the shipment movements to destination.
2. Working with the Team leader to deal with any emergency situations that arise.
3. Performing tasks within integral VMI business and interacting on a daily basis with colleagues overseas.
**Tasks & Responsibility: **
1. Co-oridinate with the nominated customs broker and trucking companies to arrange for the import shipments to be deivered direct to consignee or warehouse.
2. Check the daily requests from the consignee/buyer's system and prepare the related release/call off instructions to the warehouse/s.
3. Attend to all the admin tasks associated with releases from the warehouse/s including submitting the ASN, Commercial Invoices, Advice Notes etc.,



all based on the release / call-off orders.
4. Attend to all requirements within in-house systems.
5. Work with the team leader to deal with any non standad/emergency situations.
**Qualifications: **
1. College degree preferable.
2. At least one-year experience in logistics to automotive supply chain.
3. A good understanding of, and ability to communicate in Mandarin would be preferable.
4. Must have proficient computer skills and ideally a good understanding of spreadsheets and managing databases.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month
