Overview:
Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking for a Customer Care Supervisor. This position is responsible for managing all traffic related functions for the selected markets and production sources globally. The Customer Care Supervisor is responsible to meet and or exceed contractual agreements and service requirements.
**Job Description**:
- Grow and strengthen customer relationship.
- Supporting Ad-Hoc Requests in collaboration with operations team.
- Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handles targeted clients.
- Encode, track, and follow up on Purchase Orders.
- Clarifications of doubts and complaints.
- Any other duties that may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years logistics experience.
- Strong problem solvings skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent MS office skills.
- Able to work under
- Ability to work independently.
- Advanced level of english
