**_Work Schedule: Hybrid onsite, will be needed to come to the office at least one day a week._**

**_Must be Bi Lingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (oral and written)._**
Role & Responsibilities:
- Will manage the integral team resources under 1 umbrella to ensure that each resource works as a team to deliver the outputs & that each one is individually responsible for their respective targets.
- Will also maintain a daily/weekly tracker which will be shared with Key Stakeholders.
- Facilitating onboarding of new resources (orientation, training, etc )
- Ensuring work continuity, and output when any team member is on vacation or in the event of turnover.
Required Skills Sets:
- Over 7 years of experience handling global teams.
- Over 10 years of experience handling and leading packaging development projects.
- Fluently bi-lingual in Spanish and English both spoken and written.
- Proven track record of fostering growth and potential in the team
