**Responsibilities**:
- Confirms IATF 16949 requirements and CSR´s are transferred to daily production control activities on the floor
- Evaluate, analyze and audit the actions and activities in accordance with IATF 16949.
- Standardize processes and work instructions for Quality Department related activities
- Evaluate and audit inspection techniques and frequency of production processes and products.
- Act as an Agent and Voice of Customer for internal and external customers.
- Use quality tools to improve the performance of the Plant, Products and Processes.
- Prepare PPAP documentation (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, etc.), submits to customer and obtains approval.
- Participates in the definition of criteria and methodologies for Incoming Inspection to avoid issues on the product, processes and/or customers.
- Evaluate products returned by customers.
- Coordinates the implementation of containment and corrective action reports for customer complaints including submission and closing of complaint on time.
- Maintains PFMEAs and PCPs updated and accurate at all time
- Confirms corrective actions for customer complaints are maintained, effective and improved whenever possible




- Implement corrective and preventive actions in the production area.
- Maintains lessons learned from quality issues up to date
- Sensitizes staff on the implications of defective parts shipped to customers.
- Actively participates in the reduction of scrap in the production areas.
- Evaluation and disposition of non conforming product.
Qualifications:
Industrial Engineer or similar
3 to 7 years experience in quality fields
Automotive industry experince is required
Quality Systems (IATF 16949), PPAP (Customer and/or Supplier), PFD, PFMEA, PCP, LPAs, Specific customer requirements
