**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate activities for various internal areas and external providers.
- Deliver presentations and reports related to the service status, performance, etc.
- Periodic calculation of SLAs and associated penalties.
- Monitor how the baseline is consumed and any potential deviations.
- Guaranteeing that the minimum required baseline is covered.
- Manage activity volumes and service.***
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years' experience with PMO services with the following activities:
- SLA Calculations
- Baseline management
- Demand Management
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the discipline of business and/or technology.




- Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage client expectations.
- Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills.
- Outstanding organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
