**What will you be doing?**
- HR Incidences Reports and PIPs.
- Review your direct report's time sheets.
- Register any changes in your direct report's employment conditions in our HRIS.
- Direct Report's daily supervision and guidance.
- Weekly KPI's tracking. Identify low performers and relevant trends from the previous period.




- Ensure that all employees understand any new processes provided by the client stakeholders or Rapido.

**Requirements**:
**Who you are**:
- 1+ years of experience as a Supervisor in a BPO environment.
- B2+ English level.
- Experience providing coaching, feedback, and personalized follow-up.
